New Agent - Chicago Land
Hello Everyone!
New guy on the block here. I just passed the licence exam in IL and have started my search to hang my licence. My basic plan is to get established as an agent while accumulating as much area knowledge as I can to start investing. Looking for any feedback I can get. First about agencies that people enjoy working for in the Chicagoland area. And second about how buy and hold investing has worked out for you in the area. I am currently located a little south of O'hare Airport but am relocating somewhere around the southwest burbs. (Downers Grove, Naperville, Plainfield ) I hope to hear from some of you soon.
