Kitchen Options for Rental Unit
Hello Everyone, I am New member here and I am currently remodeling a 2 Bed, 2 Bath house. I am planning to rent this house, and want to get any ideas/suggestion from experts here.
Kitchens - We re-did our entire Kitchen (new Cabinets, Flooring, Plumbing, etc. )
I want to know, Is it worth spending the money for Granite Counter Tops vs. Standard Home Depot off the shelf wood
