Hi Everyone;

I recently started researching about real estate investing, and from what I learned so far, it seems like the best strategy for me at this point is to start wholesaling until I reduce my debt and have financial means to start investing in rental properties. It seems like this web site is the most informative and packed with people who actually walks the talk.

I am definetely looking forward to making some friends here, learn from the experienced members.

I believe that the best way to retire at an early age is through real estate investing with the right tools and strategy. Please let me know what your thoughts are regarding this.

Thanks everyone.

Hi Ozzie,

I primarily invest in the Union area. I am a buy and hold landlord but would love to get into wholesaling as well. I am not too familiar with that end of it. but I do have some connections for hot REOs that are no t public as of yet and some good realtor contacts.

It would be great for us Jersey folks to try and all get together one weekend for lunch or coffee and see what we can do....

regards,
Chris
