Hello from Texas as a new member!
Hello everyone! Discovered BP about 3 weeks ago and have been obsessed with the podcast since. My wife and I currently have a single duplex and out primary home. It was originally just a way to live for near nothing (we house hacked) now we’re ready to make it path to financial freedom one day :)
We are close to the fort hood area in Texas, and i can’t wait to find some local groups to meet like minded folks!

Keep learning and focus on your goals as to why your buying deals and what the reason is. First mistake (I know because i did it) do not just buy a deal because it seemed like a good deal.. Buy a deal that matches your goals, this is called your strategy... focus on created the goal first and the strategy to get there before you buy anymore is my advice
