Greetings BP family,
I’m from San Diego and I have been in Philadelphia for about 10 years. I am a mortgage banker/consultant. I have watched a few BP podcasts on YouTube and I decided to join because I was impressed with the wealth of resources and networking opportunities. My goal is to build a portfolio of rental properties as well as doing some fix and flips. My purpose is to soak up as much knowledge and advice as possible as well as provide any info I can on strategies for utilizing one’s equity in their properties.
