Hi BP People –

I'm new to REI, have been doing research this year and ready to take this from research to execution. I live in Geneva, IL and looking initially hone in the Greater Chicago Area. Short-term plans are SF-Fix/Flip, eventually getting into BRRRR with both SF and MF.
