Is there a template for a Land Contract in Baltimore?

I need a template for a Land Contract. We have a sales contract from a wholesaler that we've crossed out and added to, so it matches the agreement we have. Also how do I structure to sell as a note?

@Willis Johnson a land contract is a poor choice in MD. The advantages of a land contract have basically been removed by MD law.

By the way, a land contract is not the same as owner financing. Two different things.

If you want to sell a note, then create a note and a mortgage (deed of trust in MD), do not use a land contract.

You need to be a little more clear on what you are trying to do. Are you buying from the wholesaler? Are you buying and then wholesaling yourself? Are you the buyer or seller?
