Newbie from Asheville, NC
Hello BP!
Just wanted to take the time to formally introduce myself. My name is Michael Blum, and I have been using the resources on BP for the last ~7 months to aid in the start of my real estate journey. It is my wife and I’s goal to use RE as a means for achieving financial independence primarily through buy and hold rentals.
We began our RE investing careers last fall after purchasing our first “live and flip” in Shelby, NC. After my wife completes her Physician Assistant schooling at Gardner Webb University, we look to move back to my hometown of Asheville, NC with another investment property.
I would like to say thank you to all the BP members that give so freely of their time and expertise in helping those of us that are still green around the ears to start our investing careers. Without what I have learned from you all while reading the forums, I would not have jumped into RE as soon as I have or with such passion. Definitely looking forward to contributing as much as I can, as my wife and I learn the ropes of real estate.
Looking forward to meeting any fellow investors in the Asheville, Fletcher, Arden, Hendersonville, Shelby, Tryon areas of NC!
