Hello BP! New member from Cincinnati, Ohio!

Hello BP community!  New member and novice investor here in Cincinnati, Ohio.  My primary investment goal is to begin BRRRRing small multifamily properties and build up enough capital to invest in commercial multifamily complexes.  I work full-time and will be pursuing my OH real estate license soon.

My short term goals are to get out there and network with the pros, establish mutually beneficial relationships, and take action.  I have found the blog posts, forums, and podcasts to be filled with TONS of helpful information.  It is amazing to see such a community come together and assist each other in achieving financial independence through real estate investing!

Side note:  If there is anybody out there who would be willing to recommend an 'investor friendly' sponsoring broker licensed in Ohio (ie: accommodating to part-time investor agents, nominal fees, no quotas, no mandatory staffing), I'd love to know.  I've found some virtual brokers to meet most of those requests (ie: eXp Realty), however I would prefer to get in with a local firm.  Thank you in advance!

@Josh Cullen welcome to BP and welcome to Cincinnati! I'd recommend also checking out the monthly BP meetup in Cincinnati hosted by @Joe Fairless. It is the last Tuesday of every month, so next one will be 5/28. I plan on being there for my first time as well.
