1st Home as an Investment
Hello all! I am excited to be part of this community. I am a first time home purchaser that is looking to invest the property instead of live in it. I am wondering what my options are insofar as choosing a loan. I can qualify for the FHA loan, however, as previously stated, I am looking to utilize my first home as an investment. What are my options?
