how to do a land/parcel split in Arizona?

Dear Fellow investors,

I am an investor with a property in Tucson, AZ that is a 4 plex and duplex on one parcel.  Does anyone have experience in splitting a parcel in Arizona??  In my case I want to split the parcel between the two properties so I can cash out refi them as two residential properties rather than one commercial 6 unit loan.
