Just Got Our First Single Family

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to take a second to introduce myself, my name is Thomas and my wife and I live in the Raleigh NC area. We just purchased our first single family home to try and BRRRR, closed on it May 1st and have already started the renovations. I am sure we will have a lot of questions as we go, but we are excited about starting on this venture with the goal of building passive income outside of our other businesses.

We are also partnering with my father, who has owned a construction company for the past 40 years and has all the knowledge we need for renovating the projects we decide to dive into. We plan on trying to buy one more later this year and 4-5 next year, transitioning into multi-family homes as we go.

I hope this does not count as "self-promotion" but if you want to check out the projects we get, my wife is posting them to the Instagram account "flippinwiththewoods" lol Once we finish each project I also plan on showing all the numbers, total cost, total profit, monthly cash flows etc. and hopefully help others learn as we go.

Looking forward to this journey and seeing what we can accomplish over the next several years!

Cheers,

Thomas
