Real estate license training or school

I have lived in San Antonio for the last 43 years and I’m long overdue to join the real estate arena. Although I know I don’t need a license to become an investor I am looking to obtain one just so I can have more options. I just don’t know which school is best to learn from or if I should go through a cheaper one that does online classes through pdf format. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thank you

I’m right there with you bud. Listen to podcast 322. I’m relocating from California and I want to get my license in July. From what I’ve seen Keller Williams is the way to go. @Ben Kinney will blow your mind. I’ve also started reading the millionaire real estate agent by Gary Keller.
