Hey guys, im looking to get started here in florida. currently i have done exactly 0 real estate deals.... haha -=X (i still rent)

Currently im residing in Lake Mary, just north of Orlando, and im in the process of selling my locksmith business. I want to take this time to look at new opportunities, and i feel like real estate is looking to be a great buy right now.

So right now, more than anything, i am looking for a mentor. I am ready, willing, and able to learn~! and more importantly take action =)
