New Investor Massachusetts
Hello BP,
After countless years of being on the “renter” side of the spectrum. I’m finally to the point where my knowledge, and drive has brought me to become the investor. I’m currently looking to network with elite brokers in the Worcester / Central Massachusetts area. Looking for a multi family property that I could house hack. Also any lenders in this area as well.
New to the process! I’ve obtained so much information just from listening to podcasts, and reading! Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Network with the brokers while continuing to educate yourself through books, podcasts and networking with other investors.
Read a few MFH books like David Lindahl about multifamily millions and Steve Berges on apartment investing.
