Hello! My name is Emily Procella. I am a recent Business graduate of Lamar University and currently work for a local credit union as a loan officer. I am wanting to get started in investing. I am interested in fix and flip to sell, as well as multi family properties to rent. Is anyone here familiar with any local meetings for investors around Beaumont, TX or Lake Charles, LA?
