Newbie from Orange County checking in!
Hi everyone! My name is Chad Taylor. I'm an accountant working in the real state industry down here in Orange County, CA but I'm ready to start my own journey into real estate investing. I have exposure to the finance and accounting side of extremely large real estate companies from my work but I'm eager to learn about the nuances of the industry myself and become personally invested in it.
I was recommended The Book on Rental Property Investing and loved it. The potential of real estate investing became much more appealing to me and I feel that I can really shape my future around it. I've been wanting to invest in more substantial and tangible assets for a while now and I'm pumped up!
