Introduction and hello!

Good Afternoon!

I just wanted to say hello to everyone at Bigger Pockets and specifically those in the Atlanta area.

My wife and I have decided to start pursuing Real Estate via the buy and hold rental market. We are reading the BRRRR book by David Greene and trying to soak up as much info as possible while we develop our plan for our first purchase.

We are currently located in the Tri-Cities area, near the airport. We love this community and are excited about investing locally and trying to better the community through those investments.

I’d love to meet all of you and buy you all a coffee, or beer! Please feel free to contact me. I’ll have plenty of free time coming up soon.

I’m really interested in private investors and contractors, though I’d like to really build that important network of everyone involved with the process.
