Hello BP!

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Erik Noble, and I have been using the resources on BP for the 17 months to start my real estate journey. My wife and I want to use RE for achieving financial independence. Together we want to primarily conduct RE through buy and hold rentals (and maybee a few BRRRs), and I am personally interested in notes.

We live in Loudoun County, VA. we will be looking into investment property soon.

I would like to say thank you to all the BP members that give so freely of their time and expertise in helping those of us that starting our investing careers. Without what I have learned from you by reading the forums, I would not have had the courage to jump into RE as soon as I have or with such passion. Definitely looking forward to contributing as much as I can, as my wife and I learn the ropes of real estate.

Hello Erik and welcome to BP!

I'm new to investing as well and looking to invest in multifamily properties. I would love to invest in NoVa but as you know living in the country's richest county, you have to worker harder to find the right deal; but they are out there. I was set on investing in Jax, Fl. but WV has caught my eye for Multis as well.
