Hey Everyone!

My name is Sam Leeding, I am senior studying finance at Oregon State University. I am seeking a career in real estate development and investment. I spent about four summers working in construction and I found I loved building homes and stores that are of real value. Last summer I got to temp as a mortgage loan analyst for a commercial real estate lender in the Portland area. It gave me a great view into the financial and legal side of things.

I think my experience in construction and finance gives me a great base to work from. I look forward to learning from everyone here and the great articles here on BP
