Hi Everyone! I just wanted to quickly introduce myself as I am a new member and investor out here in the Phoenix area.
I am currently a student at Arizona State University pursuing a major in Marketing and minor in real estate. I plan to have my real estate license within the next year. After I obtain my license I would like to work as a commercial real estate agent, selling large multifamily apartments. In addition to commercial real estate, I would like to focus on wholesaling properties. Eventually, after building up cash reserves, I plan on moving my investments over into long term cash flowing rentals.
