Hanging Real Estate License
Hello. I am looking to hang my license with a real estate brokerage in or near North Miami, North Miami Beach, Aventura, or Miami Shores. I am solely interested in real estate investing. I am not interested in doing cold calling or any of that, nor am I interested in purchasing desk space. If you know of a brokerage that fits my needs (one annual fee for MLS access, no monthly fees, some training/ mentoring, at least 50/50 commission split, part-time opportunity) please reach out.
