Oregon newbie in real estate investing
Hello, my name is Adam. I am in the learning phase of REI. I have one rental (SFH) already but the BP books/videos/podcasts have opened my eyes on how to do this in a much smarter way! I will be targeting SFH's and multifamily units to start with. My biggest education topics right now are focusing on the deal analysis, rental market potential, learning more about different ways to finance properties and building my network.

@Adam Bishop we run by far the most active and locally informative real estate meetings in Portland metro (I'm obviously a little biased in that statement), and we buy your first beer (also only meeting to have a personal bartender for the group). Let me know if you would like more details on our meetings. In fact, Jay Hinrichs is flying in and will be our speaker in July. That would be a great meeting to go to as Jay is probably the most knowledgable real estate investor I know personally. Decades of experience.
