North Jersey Newbie - Hello Everyone!
Good Afternoon everyone,
My name is Michael-Christopher. I'm a personal training studio owner and brand new to the real estate scene. Always had an interest, but never had the time to sit down and learn. So now's the time. Im interested in wholesaling and buy and hold investing for now. My interests may change, who knows, but for now that's my main area of interest. I live and work in north jersey right on the Hudson across from Manhattan, but my areas of interest are north jersey all the way down to Philly as far as REI is concerned.
I'd like to network with everyone in the area. So if there's meetings etc that you know about let me know and I'll be there. Looking forward to contributing and learning. Thanks everyone.
