New Orleans resident and home owner expecting child and looking to build wealth through investing in real estate and escape the Rat Race.  Hoping to utilize all of the wonderful resources available on this site to educate myself and network with others in the area.  Main interests at the moment are multi family properties to buy and hold and also in BRRRing properties as well in the New Orleans area.
