Hi Matt!

My name is Fred and I'm also working on getting started.  I'm located in Glenview and have a rental in the city.  I've kept my rental purely as an investment, but have recently become more interested in focusing on generating better cash flow by finding and reinvesting in other properties.  I don't have as much experience as I'd like, so I recently made my first post here and received a suggestion to join a Meetup.com group to network with other investors in the area.
