Hello BP from Raleigh
Hey folks,
Just getting started here on my investing journey. I've been a RE agent for a few years but it's been mostly a side hustle with a a handful of transactions under my belt. My wife and I also currently have a rental property (our first home) in the area that we are currently self managing.
I stumbled on to BP a few weeks ago and really liking what I'm hearing. Looking forward to learning more!
Any newbie tips, books, activities, forum post etc? I'm all ears!
