New to BP From Los Angeles
Hey everyone! I'm new to BP and have been lingering for a while now. I've been learning to wholesale for three months and am currently tying up deals for my mentor for a small finder's fee.
I'm originally from New York and I live in LA now. RE has began to take up most of my time :) so I can say that "I'm a bird dog in LA" at the moment. My true goal is to make lots of money (duh), learn to make it work for itself (duh), and put my time into my own a TV/film production company here in Hollywood.
I came to Bigger Pockets bc I went to a Cleveland/LA meet up a few weeks ago and kicked off my interest again. Current goal is to find more quick closing investors like my mentor. My ultimate goal is to get really good at virtual wholesaling. Maybe down the line I'll get into BRRR (enough R's?), but not sure. Wholesaling is pretty exhilarating as it is and it seems to come naturally.
