Hey everybody, I'm a newbie based in Oceanside CA
Hey everyone, my name's David and I'm interested in getting started in real estate investing.
My previous investing experience is your traditional index funds (my goal is FI/RE).
Now I'm looking to get my feet wet with real estate, mainly looking at the buy and hold strategy and becoming a land lord as a cash buyer.

@David Desousa welcome! I’m also a newbie, I’m on the easy coast though in New Hampshire ! I’m currently looking for my first investment property, a 3/4 unit multi family to house hack in.
I’ve learned a ton from the podcasts, and I’ve “read” (audiobook) both of Brandon’s books related to rental properties (really enjoyed both)
