I am a 16 year old in Burbank California interested in learning about the real estate world and investing in it! Does anyone have any advice on how or where I should start? If anyone could help that would be awesome!

I agree with Jonathan. Arm yourself with knowledge. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and Cash Flow Quadrant when I was really young. That launched me into volumes of studies on Investopedia. Now I'm re-reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and Cash Flow Quadrant again many years later (and many books later), and some of the things I thought he was vague on originally, chime very true to me now that I've got a lot of finance, business, and real estate experience.

Welcome and enjoy the journey.
