Hi Bigger Pockets Community!

I can't believe it has been over a year of listening to podcast and reading blogs and I haven't posted an introduction.  How did I miss that?  Anyway, no time like the present!  I am from Howard County, Maryland and live with my wife and 8 month old son in Columbia.  I currently work in education, but have always had an interest in Real Estate Investing.  When my wife and I bought a house last year, I had my previous home fixed up and turned it into a rental property.  I am now turning my eyes to building a rental portfolio that will generate cashflow to help save money for our growing family.  

I have learned a great deal through this site already, and can't wait to keep learning and growing together on here.
