Hello BP family,
My name is Daniel Tou. I am originally from Macau and now resides in Claremont, CA. My wife and I have been considering to become a real estate investor, and we finally committed 2 months ago. We are currently have approximately $80K to invest. At the moment, we are learning how to wholesale and hope to generate some more slush funds. Our short term goal is to apply the BRRRR methods to a SFR and start building our portfolio. Our long term goal is to own/co-own multifamily units. We would love to partner with someone in our first SFR deal and I can bring in some sweat equity. To give a little more background of myself, I am a corporate jet pilot and aircraft manager for our west coast operations, and I am also a certified aircraft mechanic. I am quite good with numbers and hands on. I look forward to networking with each and everyone of you. My wife, Jacquelyn is a free lance graphic designer. She is an excellent artist and have led several marketing campaigns.
