Hey all,

I am really blown away by the amount of information and level of involvement from this site. I am assisting some colleagues in selling their properties in preparation for retirement. Most of the properties are located in Florida. Anyway I know the tech world and web design world, and am ecstatic that I have found a community to assist me in developing my RE knowledge to better help my clients.
