My name is Evan, and my wife and I are brand new investors looking to educate ourselves and begin building our portfolio. We live in beautiful Flagstaff, AZ with our two beautiful daughters. I am a general contractor looking to use my skills to build up our community and build personal wealth.
We have been busy educating ourselves and preparing to get our first deal. We are planning on starting with flipping homes and possibly get involved with rental properties in the future.
Having recently adopted our daughters, it is our mission to donate 20% of all our profits to a local organization with the mission of emptying out the foster care system.
