Hi,

I'm fairly new to BP and have been spending some time here gaining lots of great knowledge and advice. So Thank You all!

Still a newbie to REI, I'm interested in buy and hold in Burlington and Ocean county in NJ. I'm constantly looking for single and small multifamily properties.

I currently have a few single fams and a duplex in central jersey.

Looking forward to connect with other rental property investors and wholesalers.
