New Investor in Southern Maine

Like most of you, I have just been bit with the REI bug.

I'm just getting started here, and my plan is to buy a small multi-family (2-4 units), owner occupied property in Southern Maine, specifically the Portland, ME area. Wanted to introduce myself so I can begin to make connections with the Southern Maine real estate community.
