Single Mother Looking to Wholesale
Hello all. This is my first post on here. I'm a single mother to 2 beautiful kids (8 year old daughter and 4 year old son), and doing it all on my own. I do have a good paying job (I help people get out of their timeshares - been here 4.5 years); however due to the amount of expenses/child care I have, I rarely see my paychecks and still find myself living penny to penny. I would like to learn how to wholesale houses and I'm not quite sure where to start. I obviously do not have the money to purchase, but I was told you don't need money to start. If anybody has any tips on how to get started and how to do it period, I would truly appreciate it. Just want to be able to have a savings (in the process of trying to save to be able to buy my first house for my kids and I) and have play money for my kids to have fun here and there.
