New member headed to KS

Hello All,

I have been lurking on the site for a couple days learning alot from so many of you and finally want to introduce myself. I bought my first property last May and two more since then all near the Savannah, GA area. They all rented out quickly and gave me the confidence boost I needed to know I could make this work. I am in the military and I am currently in VA and I'm headed to the Manhattan, KS area this summer. I am still researching the area. Hopefully when I get to the FT Riley area I can pick up from where I left off and start building up my portfolio before duty calls and I'm off to another location.

I look forward to continuing to learn from you guys and picking your brains.
