Hey everyone! I've been reading this site for weeks, and have learned so much! I'm excited to buy my first property! I'm not sure what I will qualify for though. What would be the right forum to ask for advice on what types of loans might be best for me, and how to get the best "pre-qualification" status that I can? Is there a place to get help brainstorming about funding?
