Newbie from Cincinnati in LA

Hi Everyone, I’m Anthony - very glad to be a new member of this community! My wife and I are interested in building passive income on top of working income to diversify and achieve financial freedom. I work in business development/sales and she works in marketing research.

We live in Los Angeles where real estate is expensive, so we’re looking to Buy & Hold multifamily, Class C properties for cash flow in my hometown, Cincinnati / N. Kentucky, where we have a nice network of people on site. We don't have real estate experience… yet. We love to learn, and are looking forward to learning from and connecting with great people on this awesome site!
