Hey BiggerPockets!!
My name's Shubho and I moved to Dallas about 2 years ago. Really excited to (finally) get started on my Real Estate Journey! Aiming to buy my first BRRRR property in the next few months and get the ball rolling. I've read a bunch of Bigger Pocket books but I really want to start actually applying! Hoping to network and grow with the Bigger Pockets community!

Welcome to BiggerPockets @Shubho Ghosh! I am in the beginner stages myself. I joined BiggerPockets only about 2 weeks ago and it's amazing how many people I have been able to network with already. Make sure you attend your local REIA meetings to get a better idea about your market and network with like minded investors. Wish you success in all your future endeavors.
