Newbie from West Michigan

Hello Bigger Pockets Community!  I am a total Newbie but am eager to learn.  So far I have been blown away by this community and all the resources available to members!  I am from West Michigan and am really interested in investing in rentals in the Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Holland or Kalamazoo areas.  I am looking forward to learning from all of you and, eventually, being able to contribute as well!  Any advice anyone would give to me just starting out?
