First Long Distance Offer Accepted
Hi everyone! We have been plugging away at building a long distance team and have just gotten our first long distance offer accepted! We made the intention in March to do three single family doors in the following 12 months. By the end of March we had an offer accepted on our 2nd local home (owner occupied reno that we are house-hacking). Now we are working on our first long distance BRRRR. We are so incredibly grateful to BP and everything we have learned just in the past few months. We feel like our eyes have been opened. We are well on our way to accomplishing our goal and feel like we will easily surpass it. We found our amazing realtor through BP, too!
