Hi everyone!
I wanted to say hello and introduce myself.
My name is Tom Murphy. I'm in central NJ.
Being new to RE investing in 2012, I'm not sure what my goals are yet. I am open to anything that has as reasonable risk/reward ratio that will help me to gain knowledge & experience in REI.
Looking forward to discussing RE here on BP and networking with others here in NJ
