I'm 18 and in a Delima. Please help!
Hey im 18 and im in a delima. I want to move in with 2 of my friends and we will each be paying close to 500$ a month for rent ( 3 of us), or should i just live with my mom for 2 more years and save my money which will be close to 12K, over the 2 year period, then have a down payment on a home and rent out the rooms to younger more in college people and make a profit????? plz help.
