Hello everyone,
Just joined the Pro membership last month and finally decided to post.
This website has given me the tools and confidence to start real estate investing.
I’m currently working on my first flip. I closed 1 1/2 weeks ago but still don’t have ownership of the house. It was a double closing and there was an issue with the seller. Hopefully it gets resolved soon. I haven’t even started and I’m already behind. Lol.
My goal is to flip a few houses to get more capital then start the BRRRR process.
