Hello Everyone,
Glad to be here. New to BP and new to real estate investing. My story - In July I sold a house in California that I house hacked and totally renovated watching Youtube videos. I pocketed a cool $210,000 after only putting in $15,000 of my own money. Long story short I want to learn more.
-I'm currently in Boise ID
-Looking too connect with other investors
-I don't know enough about strategies or targeted investments types yet
-love bike riding
-love basketball
-love wrestling with my kids
