Hi all! I'm a 25 year old guy looking to get his feet wet in real estate. Currently I am a salesperson at a Verizon retailer, but I am currently studying and will (hopefully) be a licensed agent soon. Looking to get into wholesaling or sandwich leases in my area as soon as I can. I'm hungry to grow and appreciate any advice.
