I am new to Investing
Hello everyone! My name is Connor Maruna and I am new to real estate investing. I wanted to know a few pieces of advice you would give yourself if you were to start over you investment career. To be a bit more specific, I am looking at buy and hold properties so any advice on that would be great. Last thing, why is it important to purchase a property with equity in it for properties you plan on renting out. Thanks for your help!
