Than Merrill 3 day workshop
Hello BP family! I am a new investor and I have been offered the opportunity to attend Than Merrill's 3 day workshop in Kansas City on September 27th- 29th. I was wondering if anyone went to one of Than's workshops before or heard about it? if you went to one how was it and is it worth the money and if you heard about it what did you hear ? Thank you!

He is a typical guru. You will go to that, and be upsold for another program, and eventually $50,000 later, you will have about the same knowledge that you did if you just read a couple books.
Google his name. There are a lot of youtube videos and even links back to older threads here about him. Spend the money on a couple books, learn to analyze deals, and then spend the 50k to jump into your first deal.
I think this is the guy who has a commercial that plays literally every 5 minutes here in Columbus.. You just text your zip code to some 5 digit number and get tickets for a workshop. Ironically, I hear those commercials while listening to the radio while working on my latest rehab project!
